Originally spawning from an iGaming career that started at the age of 17 during the early days of the online poker boom, Pierre Co-founded the event management company Ambassadör Events in 2013. Jason Ader is the Co-Founder and CEO of SpringOwl Asset Management LLC – a New York based SEC-registered buyout firm and independent sponsor leading corporate turnarounds, with a particular focus on the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging sectors.  Ader has been involved in turning around companies in the gaming and hospitality industry for many years, including high-profile successes with Las Vegas Sands Corp – where he served as an independent director from 2009-2016 – IGT, Bwin, Stars Group, and, most recently, Playtech.

Prior to founding SpringOwl, Ader served as Founder and CEO at Ader Investment Management LLC, as well as Co-Founder and CEO of Hayground Cove Asset Management.  Before branching out on his own, Ader served as a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns where he was recognized by Institutional Investor as the top ranked Casinos, Gaming, and Lodging analyst on the Street for 10 consecutive years.

At this point, to keep this bio brief, it would make more sense to list the companies Bob hasn’t worked for and dramatically impacted. A trusted and experienced voice in SEO, Internet Marketing and Google advertising, Bob’s inane curiosity and switch flipping leads him to constantly seek new ways of doing the same old work, but in ways that satisfy both him and the client. Navid Nazemian is a certified Executive Coach, a University Lecturer and a Global Head of HR at Vodafone. Dr. Samuel H. Liggero, currently Academic Director of the MSEM Program (Master of Science in Engineering Management) and Professor of the Practice at Tufts Gordon Institute, has spent over thirty years in the Imaging Industry as an executive at Polaroid Corporation. He was Corporate Vice President of Research and Development for Polaroid’s Instant Digital Printing Division. Under Dr. Liggero’s direction, Polaroid developed the groundbreaking digital printing technologies code-named Opal and Onyx. These technologies delivered very high-quality thermal prints from digital files at low cost and faster than any other technology in the marketplace.

At Polaroid, Dr. Liggero has held leadership positions in research and development, manufacturing, sales and marketing, training and education, and customer service. He is the co-inventor of Polaroid’s 35 mm Instant Slide System, the founding Director of Polaroid’s Applications Group and the founding Director of the Company’s Customer Care Center. He also served as Corporate Vice President and Program Fellow for New Product Development, Commercial Imaging.

At Tufts, Dr. Liggero teaches New Product Development, Technology Strategy and Innovation, the Management of Innovation at Tufts Gordon Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Fordham University, a Ph.D. in Physical Organic Chemistry from Georgetown University and was also an NIH Postdoctoral Fellow at Princeton University.

Rahul Sood is the co-founder of Unikrn, a global Esports entertainment and sports betting platform built on cutting edge blockchain and gaming technologies.

Shona is the Head of Strategic Events for the leading sports betting affiliate Better Collective.  With over a decade of experience in the iGaming sector, much of that focussed on the affiliate market, Shona has been responsible for the creation and development of some of the industry’s biggest events, including iGB Live!, LAC, Sports Betting USA and ICE.

Mats is an industry veteran with a passion for creating games and innovation.

Todd Haushalter has one of the most expansive resumes in the gaming industry. He is currently the Chief Product Officer at Evolution Gaming, the biggest live dealer online casino in the world with over 9,000 employees. He is the inventor of many of the biggest casino games in the world including Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette, Monopoly Live, Mega Ball, Deal or No Deal Live, Infinite Blackjack, Instant Roulette, and numerous other industry-shaping games. He has also lived in Macau and Las Vegas and has held senior leadership positions in the operations, supplier, and internet sectors of the gaming industry, working directly with over 300 casinos across 45 countries on five continents and over 200 online casinos. Prior to his current role, Todd was Corporate Vice President of Gaming Operations for MGM Resorts International, responsible for all slots and table games at 15 properties globally. He also held roles at Shuffle Master as Vice President of Business Strategy, Director of Product Development, and Product Director – Asia. In addition, Todd spent almost five years at Wynn Resorts where he was focused on identifying and implementing new ways to increase casino profitability.

Since 1990 Andrew Burnett has worked as a stockbroker and investment banker at a number of city firms including Merrill Lynch, ABN Amro, Charterhouse Securities, Numis Securities and Panmure Gordon, focussing on the leisure and gaming industries. Since 1995, Andrew has concentrated on anticipating, defining and helping promote emerging trends in gaming and technology. Andrew has been a gaming investment banker for over 22 years at Merrill Lynch, Panmure Gordon and other banks. Prior to joining GamingMalta, Ivan was CEO for an advertising agency, TBWA/ANG across both Malta and Greece. He was instrumental in leading his agency to winning major new business accounts including Bank of Valletta and servicing blue-chip clients such as McDonald’s, Nissan and Mr. Green. David Flynn is a Senior Executive with more than 17 years of management experience in the global iGaming industry. His career to date has seen him hold top level positions at some of the sector’s power players, including Vice-President at Ongame (2003-2006), which was subsequently sold to Bwin for €475m, Head of Operations at Microgaming (2006-2009) and CEO of NYX Interactive (2010-2012). Dott.ssa Alexia Frendo B.Psy (Hons.) Malta, M.Sc (Rome) is an organizational psychologist who has worked in the HR sphere both in Malta and abroad for the past fifteen years. She graduated in psychology from the University of Malta in 2002. In 2005 Alexia completed an academic and practical Masters programme in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Rome, La Sapienza.

Currently Alexia is Lead HR Business Partner within Kindred Group. She is an accomplished HR professional with over 15 years’ experience in the private sector. Alexia works with an international HR Team whom together enable managers to recruit, train and retain a high performing and motivated workforce. Mikael Hansson is the Founder and CEO of Enteractive, the leading player reactivation company driving revenues for iGaming brands across the world. He graduated from LIU, Sweden, with a Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management, and previously held the position of CFO for a large Swedish company.  He has been living in Malta since 2009, when he set up the Enteractive brand to support player retention and reactivation for the growing iGaming sector.  Leading Enteractive’s unique ability to connect with players directly on a one-to-one level, Mikael is passionate about increasing the level of personalisation between iGaming brands and their players. As a champion for sustainability and longevity in the sector, he is instrumental in promoting growth and player retention alongside responsible gambling measures for players.

Lena Nordin joined Betsson Group in October 2017 as Chief HR Officer. She is responsible for developing and implementing Betsson Group’s human capital strategy that is aligned with the Group’s business objectives and its constantly evolving requirements. In her role, Lena provides leadership to all human resources personnel globally across Betsson Group’s ten locations which together employ almost 1,800 professionals.

Prior to joining Betsson Group, Lena worked in various HR positions at Baxter, Gambro and Ericsson. Tsachi Maimon has been prevalent in the iGaming industry since 2008, having previously worked at Playtech before joining Aspire Global as a board member and CEO in 2013.

Bringing with him a wealth of industry knowledge, Tsachi has played a key role in the major developments the company has seen. Some of these include listing the company on the Nasdaq stock exchange, as well as the acquisition of games aggregator Pariplay and sportsbook supplier BtoBet. His leadership largely contributed to Aspire Global’s solid positioning as one of today’s most prominent iGaming B2B suppliers.

Tsachi holds an M.A in Business Studies from the College of Management (COMAS) in Israel and is an all-round sports fan with a penchant for tennis.

Lahcene Merzoug, is the CEO of PressEnter Group and is primarily responsible for spearheading the company’s aggressive growth strategy whilst also overseeing the company’s flagship brands’ expansion into new markets. Prior to his role as CEO of PressEnter Group, Merzoug spent two years as the CEO of ComeOn Group and was Chief Marketing Officer at Green Media, Mr Green’s internal media agency. He has also held senior roles at Evoke Gaming, Bonnier Gaming, and Red Bet, bringing a wealth of expertise and experience to PressEnter Group (formerly known as Betpoint Group).

Mattias has over 12 years of experience in the iGaming industry, he has previously worked as the Director of Search for LeoVegas and was a part of startup company Catena Media as their former Head of SEO.

Fredrik is currently building SEO in India, he is co-founder of ENV Media which is doing really well.

Heidi Lofthus is an iGaming industry veteran, closing in on 15 years within the industry having worked both with suppliers and operators alike. Her iGaming journey started with operational roles in Gibraltar and Sweden and she has been active in Malta over the last 10 years. She has broad experience ranging from managing start-ups, mid-sized and larger corporates across multiple geographical locations.
